The compass of our collective ship is built upon some ancient and universal principles

In our shared adventure of creating the next culture world, we explore known and unknown territories—adventuring across different realms and building bridges between ideas, traditions, and people. This journey unfolds not only in the physical world but also in energetic spaces, where unseen connections shape the way we experience reality.

As we reflect on how we connect and what principles can guide us, we recognize that instead of inventing something entirely new, we’ve rediscovered ancient wisdom from These principles that have already emerged in almost every true path of transformation—sometimes hidden—within nearly any ancient culture.
These principles illuminate part of the paved way that can lead us further and deeper, from there allowing us to carry our own torches as we explore and create new directions.

We embrace these principles not as rules, or final conclusions, but as tools—simple, useful, and timeless. They assist us in navigating challenges and possibilities, supporting both individual growth and collective harmony.

The Seven Hermetic Principles offer us clarity for the journey:

  • Mentalism: All is mind. Everything in existence begins with thought. The world we see around us is shaped by the thoughts we hold. When we change our thinking, we influence the reality we experience. This principle reminds us that we are co-creators—our internal landscape has a direct impact on the world we build.

  • Correspondence: As above, so below; as within, so without. The patterns of existence repeat across different levels—from the cosmic to the personal. Our outer experience mirrors our inner state, and transformation in one realm reflects in the other. If we seek change in the world, we begin by changing ourselves.

  • Vibration: Nothing rests; everything moves. All things, from thoughts to material objects, vibrate at different frequencies. Higher vibrations bring us closer to harmony, creativity, and love, while lower ones resonate with fear, stagnation, and conflict. By consciously shifting our frequency, we raise the energy of those around us, fostering community and connection.

  • Polarity: Everything has its opposite. Light and dark, love and fear, joy and sorrow—each exists because of the other. Polarity teaches us that duality is not something to be resolved but embraced. When we sit at the mid-point and see both ends of a spectrum, we cultivate wisdom, balance, and the ability to see unity within contrast.

  • Rhythm: Everything flows. Life unfolds in cycles—day and night, the seasons, the phases of the moon. Just as breath follows breath, everything in the universe moves in patterns. This principle reminds us to trust the ebb and flow of life, knowing that every high and low is part of a greater rhythm that guides our evolution.

  • Cause and Effect: Every action has a reaction. Nothing happens by chance. Every thought, decision, and action we take sets events into motion, creating ripples that affect the whole. By taking responsibility for what we create—both intentionally and unintentionally—we empower ourselves to shape outcomes consciously.

Sex: Everything contains both masculine and feminine principles. These energies are not limited to gender but are creative forces within everything. Masculine energy expresses direction, structure, and focus; feminine energy nurtures intuition, flow, and receptivity. By honoring and balancing both within us, we achieve wholeness and bring harmony into our work.
